7 Beliefs that Drive Decisions

  • Imagine having a cheat sheet that tells you exactly what ticks your prospects to buy! Our next focus will be harnessing the core beliefs that act as the compass for your prospect's mind.

Socratic Dialogue

  • Most times, your prospects already know they have a problem – but they might not be fully aware of the root cause or the effect it's having. That's where the Socratic Dialogue comes in during the Discovery Phase. By asking the right questions, you'll empower them to discover the solutions themself, ultimately leading to the  "Aha!" moment where they realize they need your expertise. Remember, the best salespeople are great listeners – and the Socratic Dialogue will equip you to ask questions that not only gather valuable information but also build trust and rapport throughout the conversation.

  • Not everyone walks into a conversation ready to buy. The Buying Pocket is the sweet spot where prospects believe their goals are achievable yet acknowledge they need your help to get there. We'll explore strategies to navigate both sides of this zone. For those unsure if success is possible, we'll demonstrate it's been achieved before by others just like them. On the other hand, for those who overestimate their ability to go it alone, we'll help you subtly plant seeds of doubt, gently nudging them to recognize the importance of your expertise.

Distinguishing Between Obstacles and Objections

  • Objections are the classic "no" you encounter during a sale, requiring you to convince the prospect of your solution's value. Obstacles, on the other hand, are those potential roadblocks voiced early on in the Discovery Phase. By tactfully introducing these obstacles as qualifying questions, you'll enable prospects to self-identify any concerns. This allows them to address and potentially dismiss these issues themselves,  reinforcing their desire to move forward. Think of it as clearing the path before objections even arise, ensuring a smoother sales journey for everyone involved.

Defining Terms 

  • Ever had a conversation go off the rails because of a misunderstanding? In this module, you’ll learn to identify situations where a prospect's words might have hidden meanings.

    By asking clarifying questions, you'll ensure everyone's on the same page. This eliminates ambiguity and facilitates a clear understanding of their goals – the foundation for a fruitful sales conversation.

 Logic & Emotion in Goal Setting

  • Every goal has two sides: the head and the heart. We'll break down the key differences between the logical reasons behind your prospect's goals (think: making more money, achieving freedom) and the emotional drivers that truly fuel their fire (think: feeling secure, spending more time with family). By understanding both sides, you'll be able to go beyond the surface and tap into their deepest desires and biggest frustrations. This two-sided technique when used strategically throughout conversations, will help you speak directly to their hearts, ultimately driving them toward a resounding "Yes!"
